By accessing or using LemonSteady ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Game. These Terms apply to all users of the Game, including without limitation users who are browsers, players, or contributors of content.

LemonSteady is a physics-based mobile game where players balance a coin on a floating lemon. The Game may include features such as leaderboards, scoring systems, and social sharing capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account or provide certain information to access some features of the Game. You agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

The Game and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, graphics, design, text, and trademarks) are owned by LemonSteady and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game may offer in-app purchases or virtual items. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Game. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

7. Privacy

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LemonSteady and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any associated data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Game or on our website. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
